The 2-Month Private Coaching course takes place over 7 weekly virtual sessions, which are 30-minutes each. I respect your limited time and energy so our sessions are structured for efficiency and impact.
Prioritizing intention then action, the weekly sessions flow as follows:
1. Wellbeing Audit: where are you now & what is your focus
2. Values: what do you value
3. Vision: what motivates you
4. Goals: how to set effective goals
5. Habits: how to achieve your goals consistently
6. Mindset: how to meet challenges
7. Transition: how to continue growing
A deeply clarifying process, coaching reveals powerful self-insights and and offers the structure, support, and accountability critical to initiating and cultivating meaningful lifestyle change.
By the end of our time together, you will have created a system of habits, skills, and support so you feel empowered to shape your life and pursue your purpose through your daily way of being.

Movement: integrating incremental, joyful movement into your routine so you can feel energized and empowered.
Emotional Resilience & Mindfulness: grounding into self-reflection and constructive expression so you can resiliently respond to life’s stressors.
Learning, Play, & Creativity: Opening yourself up to curiously engaging, learning, and improving in activities that are creative, playful, and mentally-stimulating.
Community & Connection: Cultivating a secure sense of love and belonging within a diverse ecosystem of supportive relationships.
Career & Contribution: clarifying your values, skills, and aspirations so you can lead with greater creativity, confidence, and purpose.
Environment: transforming your physical and digital environment to be healthy, non-toxic, safe, inspiring spaces.
Self-Compassion: practicing how to honor your needs, trust your intuition, and make values-based decisions so you can feel greater self-love and acceptance.

After completing the 2-month coaching intensive, this custom coaching experience is tailored to your unique goals, interests, and lifestyle. Together, we determine the total amount, length, and cadence of our virtual sessions that best fit into your busy life. The goal is to sustain and build upon your progress initiated within the 2-month private intensive to meaningfully transform the shape of your life.
